September is here and at the end of this month is the 4th We Love Real Beer Festival so the theme for this Month’s mixed case has a We Love Real Beer twist. Now we don’t like to spoil the surprise for you, but the hint is that you will be able to guess some of the brewers who are featured by looking at the line-up for the We Love Real Beer Festival.

The idea of this case is very much to wet your lips with some great beers to get the excitement up for the day that we all get together at the Old Biscuit Mill in Cape Town on the 28th of September. That is when we will celebrate the great brewers and extraordinary beers of South Africa. For more on the festival click here.

To try and add to the experience we have included two extras for you: Firstly extensive tasting sheets for each beer so that you can evaluate your experience of each beer and keep track of which ones to look out for on the 28th. This is also a proven method to expand ones’ knowledge of beer and craft beer education is one of our favorite things; Then we have added notes from the brewers in the second part of our letter so that you can compare what they think to your thoughts.
